On December 6th, 2011, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton delivered Remarks in Recognition of International Human Rights Day; her speech broadly addresses the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people as human rights.

Queer youth come of age hyper aware of the nuanced complexities in their relationship(s) to and within the world around them.
